There are multiple unsolvable deals 11982 is the most famous. How hard some games are depends a lot on how you approach the problem, so what is difficult depends on the person to some degree. But some deals just have all the cards in the wrong places, try these hard ones: 1941, 14759, 22369, 35254, 57148, 80388, 739671 (you might not be able to load all of these depending on your version) 617 is usually the first difficult one if you play games in order.
