Hi jonas918 and welcome. The reason you cannot find support is that you are quoting an invalid Vaio Model. I suspect you are using the chassis model which is the same for all the different models in the series.
Sony don't help by prominently putting the chassis model on the bottom. Try looking on the screen surround, on the original box or in Control Panel ->Vaio Control Centre for the correct model - it will be an E-Series notebook starting VPCE*****. When you have the correct model, you can find the support pages on the support website - for example here is the support pages for the VPCEB2S1E.
