As far back as I can remember, Counter-Strike has always been my first and most favorite of all first-person tactical shooter games that I’ve played. An online version of this popular FPS is currently available. That version is Counter-Strike: Global Offensive. Here are some of my observations for Global Offensive.

First and foremost, I noticed that most of the maps for Global Offensive are still the same maps as in previous versions of Counter-Strike, however, there are more details in these maps. There are new maps but these are only available for the new game modes of Global Offensive, which are Arms Race, Deathmatch and Demolition.
These new modes present an exciting challenge for long-time Counter-Strike players. Arms Race gives you a new weapon after each kill you make, and is very similar to Deathmatch. Deathmatch, on the other hand, is a 10-minute free-for-all mode that lets you respawn after getting killed. As you progress through a game, you earn points for each kill using different weapons.
