Now I know that we are cautioned not to buy until FSW goes Gold by a lot of folk but I figure if that is advertised then a patch would soon be provided if it goes pear shaped in a future FSW update. If this is true, I really hope IRIS is creating an aircraft addon that deserves to sit beside FSW's default aircraft and not a quick and dirty portover. I went for the Arrow when it was on sale and the hype did obscure the fact it really is little more than a passable portover.

And Bluesky, there is clearly something wrong with the appearance of that main panel in the P40's vc--it's all needles and glass reflections. I'm beginning to think that if something really worth adding into this sim is coming along, it won't be for awhile (remember how long it took before PMDG had an NGX for FSX?). It's interesting that no one bringing content into DCS is failing to match what's already in that sim. Seems that some developers in the FSX ecosystem know they can get away with hawking almost anything.
