This fee is non-refundable and will not be credited toward the course expense if they end up having to take the class. They must bring the receipt form that indicates that they have paid for the exam to the instructor who is proctoring the exam. No one can take the exam unless the fee has been paid. Effective with the spring term, students no longer need to register for the class to take the exam. If you have students who register in case the exam is not passed, please be sure to either drop them from the class before the first day of the term or ask the students to do so.
Anticipating that we will have students who want to test out, I am asking that you encourage them to test out before the end of this semester.
