CLARKSTON, MI - Dave Matthews Band is not touring this summer, but Dave Matthews is. The frontman for the band is bringing a familiar face with him on his 2017 summer tour. Tim Reynolds.

Dave Matthews and Tim Reynolds will tour Europe in March and April. The Dave Matthews and Tim Reynolds Europe 2017 tour kicks off with two shows in London on March 20.

He is the lead guitarist for Dave Matthews Band. Dave Matthews and Tim Reynolds will kick off their U.S. Tour on May 3, 2017 in Tuscaloosa, AL.

They will tour Europe before that. The two musicians will play a rare series of stripped-down, acoustic sets on the tour which brings them to DTE Energy Music Theatre on Tuesday, June 13, 2017. An online ticket presale for the tour will begin on Thursday, January 19, at 10:00am at Warehouse.davematthewsband.com for members of the DMB Warehouse Fan Association. Tickets will go on sale to the general public on Friday, February 10, at 10am.

Prices have not yet been announced. This isn't the first time Matthews and Reynolds have performed as a duo. The two have released three live double-CDs together: Live At Luther College (1999), Live At Radio City (2007) and Live In Las Vegas (2010). As for Dave Matthews Band as a whole, they have sold more than 20 million tickets and a collective 38 million CDs and DVDs combined.
